Integration Specialist Consultant
This project focuses on Integration Platform webMethods, universal messaging & API Gateway Development, Support & Maintenance, and Administration. The candidate should be technically strong and willing to work on multiple integration technologies. Technology upgrades and refinements are a common phenomenon, and cross-skilling/skill upgrade is a culture that?s followed in the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, administer, and support integrations on the webMethods platform.
- Administer, Configure Universal Messaging and API Gateway components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, scalable integration solutions.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and seamless data flow between systems.
- Make informed operational decisions when needed (e.g., server restarts, interim workarounds, permanent fixes) to maintain service continuity.
- Lead and drive utilities and frameworks that automate and simplify existing functionality and environment checks/activities.
- Perform ongoing support activities, including monitoring, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skills: IBM webMethods, Universal Messaging, Api Management
- Preferred Skills: Experience with any Managed File Transfer (MFT) technology & ETL tool, AWS (particularly EC2 instances, Virtual private networks, and gateways)
- Education: Bachelor?s degree
- Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of webMethods integration platform, proficiency with webMethods, including Universal Messaging and API Gateway, and willingness to learn and work with additional integration technologies.
