SFDC Lead Developer
We are seeking an experienced SFDC Lead Developer to optimize our Salesforce platform and provide technical expertise to scale digital solutions and data integration. As a full-time Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities. You will also lead a group of members, help with PoCs, talk with business, and guide the team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Salesforce Certified (Platform Developer I preferred)
- 7 years?+ experience with Apex triggers and classes (schedulable and batchable)
- 4 years?+ experience with Visualforce pages and controllers
- Proven experience taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into a solution that can be effectively implemented
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface, Lightning component development
- Declarative development (flows, process builder, and workflows)
- Experience with Salesforce and other cloud system APIs, SQL, and ETL
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Demonstrated ability to work across platforms/applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a distributed, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor?s degree

- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Type: Full-time
- Remote: 2 days WFH in a week, with 3 days in the office (RTO policy)
